Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the artificial intelligence automation services provided by aiautomatizacija.lt. By ordering services, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of services

We provide business process automation, AI assistant development, integrations with existing systems and related consulting services. The exact scope, timelines and prices are agreed individually for each project.

A consultation about possible automation solutions is free and without obligation.

3. Ordering and payment

Services are delivered under a proposal or contract agreed by both parties. Payment terms are set out in the proposal; unless agreed otherwise, subscription-type services are paid in advance for the current month.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

We undertake to provide services honestly, professionally and within the agreed timelines. The client undertakes to provide the information and access required for the automations in good time and to pay invoices on schedule.

5. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage caused by disruptions in third-party systems (for example email providers or CRM platforms).

6. Confidentiality

All information about the client's business received during a project is treated as confidential and may only be used to deliver the services.

7. Changes and dispute resolution

These Terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. Last updated: 3 September 2026.
